The Event

Lean Startup Machine (LSM) is a three-day workshop on building a successful business. Most new ventures fail because they build something no one wants. LSM teaches you a process for discovering which products will succeed in the marketplace and which won't. LSM is an immersive, 48-hour educational experience, NOT a conference and NOT a hackathon.

9:00 PM - Using validated working canvas
9:30 PM - Team fill out canvas and start working
11:00 PM - Venue Closes

SATURDAY, October 27
9:00 AM - Doors Open; Breakfast
9:30 AM - MVP development
10:00 AM - Teams get out of the building
2:00 PM - Lunch Workshops; update canvas
4:00 PM - Teams get out of the building
6:00 PM - Dinner Workshops; canvas reviewing
7:00 PM - Leader Meeting
11:00 PM - Venue Closes

SUNDAY, October 28
9:00 AM - Doors Open; breakfast
9:30 AM . Teams get out of the building
12:00 PM - Lunch Workshops
3:15 PM - Presentation Slides Due
4:00 PM - Judges Take Seats
5:30 PM - Presentations Finish - Beverages Served
6:00 PM - Winners Announced
7:30 PM - Venue is cleaned & closed, attendees head to a local bar
